In early 2010, the office won the competition for the study and construction of Dimi's new offices. This company specializes in the promotion and sale of sweet foods throughout Europe. The project includes a 400 m2 service floor in the basement and two office floors of 400 m2 each on the upper floors.

This passive type construction is an ecological reference both from the point of view of the materials used (wood structure, wood cladding, cellulose insulation, wood fiber panels, natural stone facing, ...) that technologies (temperature regulation via reversible heat pump and chilled beams coupled with vmc double flow, photovoltaic solar panels, domestic hot water via heat pump, automated solar protection, presence detectors, automatic management of the luminous intensity, led lighting, ...).
Another great opportunity. APR’s next award Urban Design & Architecture Design Awards 2018 is open for Registration.
